Like many of our products, DipTrack didn't begin as an idea in a brainstorming session.

It started with a conversation.

One of our clients operates a fuel station and shared a recurring problem that affected almost every day of operations.

Their station managers had to manually:

Understanding the Daily Workflow

Before writing a single line of code, we spent time understanding how station managers perform their daily closing process.

A typical reconciliation process follows three simple steps:

1. Opening Tank Dipping

At the beginning of the day, managers record the opening fuel level for every tank.

2. Closing Tank Dipping

At the end of operations, they record the closing dip measurement.

3. Pump Sales

Managers then record the litres sold—or opening and closing pump meter readings—for every pump.
